The A58 is already at capacity. Development would cause further congestion/accidents.

A small cul-de- sac that is threatened by the creation of access to the new development, it cannot support further numbers.

Flood Risk
Developing this site which floods/ has a high water table/springs, could severely increase the flood risk of existing properties on the Drive, 1st & 2nd Avenue, The Congreves.

Pressure On Services
Development is totally unsustainable as the infrastructure is not in place including Doctors Surgery and the School already over subscribed.
